Our Berries
At our farm, we grow a carefully selected collection of hardy, flavorful berries that thrive in our northern climate. Each variety is chosen for its taste, quality, and ability to produce exceptional fruit season after season.
Saskatoons
We grow two premium varieties of saskatoons: Northline and Smoky. These prairie favorites are known for their rich, sweet flavor with a subtle almond note. Perfect for fresh eating, baking, or preserves, saskatoons are a staple of our farm and a true taste of the prairies.
Raspberries
Our raspberry patch offers a colorful and delicious variety:
- Yellow Honey Queen – A beautiful golden raspberry with a mild, honey-like sweetness and low acidity. Perfect for snacking straight from the vine.
- Black Wyoming – Deep, dark berries with a bold, rich flavor and a hint of tartness. Excellent for jams, desserts, and sauces.
- Red Raspberries – A classic favorite with bright color and a perfect balance of sweet and tart, ideal for fresh eating or baking.
- Red Mammoth – Known for their large size and juicy texture, these berries deliver a full, rich raspberry flavor and are especially satisfying for fresh eating and homemade treats.
Haskaps (Honeyberries)
We grow several varieties of haskaps, including Tundra, Borealis, and Berry Smart Blue. These early-season berries are among the first to ripen and are packed with flavor and nutrients. Their unique taste—often described as a mix of blueberry and raspberry—makes them a customer favorite..
Our Preserves
We take pride in turning our farm-grown fruit into small-batch preserves that capture the true flavor of each harvest. Made with minimal ingredients and no unnecessary additives, our preserves highlight the natural sweetness and character of the berries we grow right here on the farm.
Classic Preserves
Our traditional preserves are simple, wholesome, and full of real fruit flavor:
- Raspberry Jam – Bright, sweet, and slightly tart, made from our own raspberries for a classic favorite.
- Haskap Jam – Rich and bold with a unique tangy sweetness, showcasing the distinct flavor of haskaps.

Boozy Collection
For something a little different, we offer a special line of infused preserves made with carefully selected spirits. These small-batch creations are rich, flavorful, and perfect for entertaining or gifting:
- Cherry Bourbon – Deep cherry flavor with the smooth warmth of bourbon.
- Honey Whiskey Haskap – A unique blend of tart haskap berries, honeyed sweetness, and a hint of whiskey.
- Amaretto Saskatoon – A prairie favorite elevated with the almond notes of amaretto, complementing the natural flavor of saskatoons.
All of our preserves are made in small batches using fruit grown on our farm, ensuring quality, freshness, and a true taste of the season in every jar.
